Teac CD-516EB supports Z-CAV or P-CAV technology?

General Interest May 19,2001 0

There are some people who have emailed and asked us if the drive supports Z-CAV or P-CAV reading technology. As both the manual and TEAC states:

* Disc Rotation Speed 8,563min-1(rpm) Approx.( 40X CAV speed mode )
* 40X Speed (CAV): CD-ROM (MODE1),CD-ROM XA MODE2 (FORM 1)
* 17X - 32X Speed (Zone CAV): CD-DA(DAE), CD-RW, CD-ROM XA MODE2 (FORM 2)
* 4X Speed (CLV): Audio Play

Hope now the question answered :-) NULL
