The Akaso 360 camera is the first model from Akaso and features up to 5.7K 360° video & 72MP photos that allow users to capture video or photo from every angle. The camera also features AI Tracking that helps to stay centered without touching the camera and features 360° HorizonSteady that helps to get smooth, level footage on rough terrain. There is also another function called Invisible Selfie Stick, which creates epic, drone-like shots hands-free. Pro users can shoot with DNG8 RAW Photo Mode and edit later according to their liking. Since this camera has a 360-degree view, you can shoot first and frame later – Don’t worry about angles—edit freely after. The Akaso 360 app offers Smartclip templates which turn clips into polished stories in minutes. while the extended specs are found in the following table. There is no mention of the used 1/2" 48MP sensor. ISO can be boosted up to 6400 even though Akaso doesn't promote the 360 camera for night shoots, probably use it with good light.

The specs don't mention any type of IP protection, either from dust or drops. The front/back camera lens and the touchscreen at the back also don't have any kind of protection, against drops or cracks so be careful. The operation temperatures are also listed up to 40 Celsius, meaning on hot summer days, you might get an overheat warning if the camera is used too long. Also, dust, high humidity, and underwater activities are not permitted since you will damage your camera. Lastly, keep the camera away from devices or objects with strong magnetic fields or power, like motors and magnets.
