Toshiba, the authorized licensor for DVD6C, has achieved a settlement of claim for royalties due from Singapore licensee Axiom Technologies Manufacturing Pte Ltd. Toshiba reached a settlement of its arbitration claim for unpaid royalties due from Axiom Technologies Manufacturing Pte Ltd. under the DVD6C patent license.

As part of the settlement, Axiom confirmed that it has ceased to do business.

Accordingly, the DVD6C License Agreement with Axiom was terminated.
