Google and Samsung have asked Chinese regulators to ensure that Microsoft's bid to buy Nokia's phone business did not lead to higher licensing fees on patents, Bloomberg reported on Monday. The two companies have China's Ministry of Commerce to make sure that the $7.5 billion bid doesn't result in higher fees on wireless technology patents that will remain with Nokia, Bllomberg's sources revealed.

Huawei and ZTE have been also asked Chinese regulators to set conditions on the Mircrosoft-Nokia deal the report added.

China's Ministry of Commerce is conducting an anti-monopoly review ob the Microsoft-Nokia deal, which has already been approved by European Union antitrust regulators.
