The GlacialTech Igloo 5610 Plus Silent comes in medium-sized retail box with several logos printed on it indicating the product's features and abilities. The retail price of the product is around $21, making it affordable for most users.

This product supports all possible sockets, LGA 775/1366 and AMD AM2. The newest LGA1156 isn't supported out of the box but there should be an additional mounting clip soon.

Opening the box unveils a carefully packaged product, surrounded by a hard plastic foam to keep the contents intact.

Apart from the main cpu cooler, we will find two 92mm fans and of course the corresponding mounting clips.

Looking at the product, we see a medium sized cpu cooler with U-shape heat pipes. The base has some thermal paste pre-applied but you can easily remove it after all.

Two nickel plated 6mm heat pipes connect the base with the aluminum fins. Several holes found at the bottom are useful to secure the mounting clips.

Installing the product to the motherboard doesn't require to remove it from the PC case, since Glacialtech uses Intel's stock mounting clips. The procedure is simple; you select the desired mounting clip and you secure it using the included screws. The whole structure looks very secure:

The next step is the apply some force and mount the cpu cooler on the motherboard:

As we can see the cpu cooler isn't that big in height or volume - good for small cases but leaves us with some questions about its performance:

Mounting the two 92mm fans is also easy using the included clips:
