CyberLink announced that PowerCinema has met the requirements of the DLNA Home Networked Device Interoperability Guidelines for both digital media players (DMP) and servers (DMS). The DLNA?s "Designed to DLNA Guidelines" (D2G) program includes mandatory requirements for interoperability between networked devices, including PC-based and consumer electronics devices. PowerCinema has passed a conformance checklist and demonstrated interoperability as a player and server of digital media content across a UPnP network.

CyberLink PowerCinema now lets users play digital content stored on other devices via a UPnP network and deliver digital content to UPnP certified devices on the network.
