The world's top cellphone maker Nokia said on Tuesday it would establish a research center in Lausanne, Switzerland, in collaboration with two Swiss federal institutes of technology. The center, due to open in June, will focus on pervasive communications -- services and applications that use information from the user's surroundings or personal preferences.
