Today we will examine memory cards from two different product series, the Greenliant GLS93MP064G1 microSD ArmourDrive - Industrial Grade 64 GByte EX Series and the GLS93MQ001T4 microSD ArmourDrive - Wide Temperature 1 TByte QX Series, which is the highest available capacity for microSD cards today. Both products due to their industrial use, don’t have a retail package. Both products were tested with exFAT format, under Windows 10 with an external Lexar Professional LRW400U reader for optimal speeds and use.

The Greenliant GLS93MP064G1 belongs to the EX Series, using SLC NAND, with max capacity of 64 GByte. When using it with Windows 10, users can expect up to 59.9GB of free space.

So how fast are the EX (SLC) Series? According to the ATTO Disk Benchmark, the microSD card reached up to 91MB/sec reading and 77MB/sec writing performance.

Similar performance noticed also with the ATTO Disk Benchmark 4.01.

Passing to the AJA System Test software, we reported up to 87MB/sec reading and 74MB/sec writing performance, which is similar to the ATTO Disk Benchmark reports.
