The product can be found online for the retail price of $99. The retail package follows the usual EnGenius design and includes the Cloud-Enabled logo at the front.

In the side area, you will find two stickers with product information and serial/PN numbers.

Opening the box unveils its contents. You will find inside the Switch Extender, a Product Card, a Wall Mount Kit, an Adhesive label, and a Rubber Feet Cushion.

The product itself has small dimensions (Length: 6.69” (170 mm), Width: 4.13” (105 mm), Height: 1.06” (27 mm), and around 450gr of weight. In front, you will find five LEDs and five RJ 45 jacks.

On the left are you will find the PoE in port, that can share PoE at the other four RJ45 1Gbit ports.

At the bottom, users will find product information, serial number, and QR code, needed to get the product installed.

The product at all other sides includes ventilation holes, needed for proper airflow circulation and lowering the internal temperatures of the product.
