The Light Base 600 LX is a medium-sized PC case with a beautiful and unique design. There are LED strips at the right of the case, while the front and side panels are fully glass.

The case has 450 x 305 x 455mm dimensions as follows, weights 12.1kg, and supports ATX / M-ATX / Mini-ATX motherboards.

The building material is steel (Top cover, Side Panel), and glass (Front Panel, Side panel windows) while the stands are made out of ABS. The back panel is fully meshed, as well as the top panel as well.

At the back of the case, you will find at the left the PSU housing, the middle holds the motherboard backplate and at the right, you will find a pre-installed 120mm Light Wings LX fan. The case supports PSUs up to 200mm in length and the fan blows air at the outside.

Removing the side glass panel (be careful) you will find a lot of space to work with. There are three pre-installed 120mm Light Wings LX that blow fresh air to the inside of the case. You can also install up to three 120mm (2x 140mm) fans at the bottom for fresh air to come inside the case and another three 120mm (2x 140mm) at the top for hot air to get out of the case.

What about AIO coolers? You can use up to AIO 360 at the top and bottom, while at the side you can fit 240 and at the rear 120. With normal air coolers, you can use up to 170mm height CPU coolers so take this in mind before installing such coolers. With graphic cards, you can use up to 400mm long VGA cards, which is more than enough to hold even NVIDIA 4090 GPUs. Note that vertical graphic cards can also be used with a special adapter (sold separately). The be quiet! Light Base 600 LX also includes an advanced VGA holder that prevents GPU sag, no matter how the case is rotated. It even works when the graphics card is installed vertically (just use the 90° PCIe slot brackets from the accessory box). The Light Base 600 us the first be quiet! Cases with backside motherboard connector support, with specific cut-outs on the motherboard tray for Asus BTF, MSI Project Zero, and Gigabyte Project Stealth boards, for a cable-free view.

At the back panel, you will find a 2.5" HDD/SSD and a 3.5" HDD cage. With the included HDD cage you can use 2x 3.5" and up to 4x 2.5" HDD/SSDs, which are more than enough. Inside the case, you will find anti-vibration care for HDDs, fans, PSU, and the motherboard tray.

At the front, you will find 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C, 2x USB 3.2 Type A, and an HD Audio I/O (Mic+Audio)

ARGB is present in this case with 77 LED pieces (1.33m long) pre-installed at the case, which gives a special glow and appearance. All LEDs can be synchronizable with the controller/motherboard via the front button (hold 3 secs). The be quiet! logo at the top also lights up and illuminates. There are two ARGB and PWM hubs behind the motherboard tray – one at the top and one at the bottom. This way you always have a hub in reach for fans that are installed at the top or at the bottom. Each of them can connect up to 6 ARGB devices and fans, for a total of 12.

The Light Base 600 LX supports removing the feet by twisting them clockwise 90 degrees and locking them in place on the side you want at dedicated holding spots with a counterclockwise 90-degree turn. No matter where the PC is placed, with a Light Base 600 it will always be ready for show.

There are many reasons why you might want to switch the position of the motherboard tray. One of the main reasons is probably looks. If you put the case with a standard motherboard layout to your left on the desk, you miss out on seeing the flashing LED lights of your fans, memory, and graphics card. Or maybe that is exactly what bothers you about the case on your right. In these instances, being able to invert the motherboard tray is a total game-changer.

Many be quiet! cases have an invertible motherboard tray, but it has never been easier than with the Light Base series. The idea is simple but genius: instead of just the motherboard tray, you rotate the whole case in under 30 seconds. This means you do not have to reroute cables or reposition brackets and LEDs, making the process not just fast but also easy.
