Verbatim Introduces NVMe PCIe and SATA3 M.2 SSDs

PC components Apr 20,2020 0

Verbatim is launching a range of M.2 2280 internal SSDs, delivering high speeds and low power consumption for desktop, Ultrabook and notebook client upgrades.

Utilizing 3D NAND technology combined with the latest generation of controller, Verbatim Vi3000 M.2 SSDs provides read / write speeds of up to 3,100 / 2,900MB/s respectively, which is 50 times faster than a regular hard drive.

For those without the NVMe PCIe interface, Verbatim’s Vi560 S3 M.2 SSD can breathe new life into an older system by upgrading a tired mechanical hard drive or a legacy 2D NAND SSD. They are offering read / write speeds of up to 560MB/s / 520MB/s.

All Verbatim M.2 SSDs come in a range of capacitates and are backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

The Vi560 S3 M.2 SSDs are available in Europe now. The Vi3000 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSDs will be available from May 2020.
