MWC: Nubia's N1 lite Has No Side Bezels, Comes With Camera Features

Smartphones Mar 1,2017 0

The global launch of nubia's newest smartphone, the N1 lite, is making waves at Mobile World Congress 2017, offering a combination of enhanced camera features, functionality and elegant finish.

Encased in black gold on display at nubia's MWC booth, the N1 lite has almost no side-bezels and features a 5.5-inch HD screen engineered 2.5D curved glass. The rear-mounted 'unipanel', comprised of a fingerprint sensor and rear-facing camera, features a metallic design.

In addition to the polished exterior, nubia has equipped the N1 lite with a soft-light LED front flash and a beautification mode, which is available for both front and rear cameras. The rear camera's F2.0-aperture and dual LED flash help deliver high-definition photos, even in low-light and nighttime scenarios. The smartphone's also offers trick shots. For instance, the "Clone Camera" feature snaps three different shots and stitches it together almost seamlessly. And the "Light Drawing" trick works well, although Huawei's phones have also done well for a while now.

The N1 lite's 0.3S fingerprint-recognition function allows for rapid response, enabling locking and unlocking of the phone, internal apps and even sensitive files.

The N1 lite will be available at the end of March in Europe and Asia.

Technically speaking, Nubia is part of the ZTE brand, but Nubia is being treated like a separate entity here at MWC.
