The Neo Z83-4U is listed on the official Minix HK store for 163 Euros. Local prices may differ depending the region and store.
The fanless TV box is rated as being able to work 24/7 and has no moving parts inside. Below you see the retail package of the device, which includes the TV box, a mutli-language setup guide/product brochure, an HDMI cable, a power adapter and an external wi-fi antenna:
The power brick is small rated at 12V, 3A.
In order to get the box running you will need an external mouse/keyboard (wireless if preffered). In our case we chose a Logitech K400 keyboard (USB) that includes a touch pad.
It's interesting that the review sample we received has a Windows logo on its bottom side:
A power led on the front is indicating the operation mode of the device (close/working blue / green for standby)
On the right side of the TV box you will find the power button, a microSDHC/SDXC port, threeUSB2.0 ports and a faster USB3.0 port.
The rear side includes a mini displayPort (DP) v1.20 and a full-sized HDMI v1.4 port. In addition, there is an 1Gbit LAN port, a 3.5mm stereo jack along with the 12V DC power jack:
Finally, at the left side of the box there is a Wi-fi Lan mount for the external antenna and a Kensington Lock:
Minix has also bundled a VESA mount with the device for mouting it behind a monitor/TV:
