Liteon SOWS-832S DVD+R9 burner available mid of May

Demonstrated at CeBIT, Hannover, the upcoming Liteon SOHW-832S is widely expected in the European market in a couple of weeks. French website www.clubic.com reports that the drive has already appeared in online stores at a price tag of approximatelly €160. The drive uses MediaTek's chipset for Double Layer recording (DVD+R9), meaning that 8.5GB of data will be burned on a single disc at 2.4x.
