LiteOn Expands 20x Product Line

Lite-On IT added two new versions of its first 20x DVD burner, the LH-20A1S (SATA) and the external LH-20A1PU. In addition to fast writing speed, the LH-20A1S is equipped with a Serial ATA (SATA) interface, offering at least 150 MB/s data transfer rate.

The LH-20A1PU features the Lite-On patented EZ-DUB technology which makes copying and storing of data possible with a single press of a button. The LH-20A1PU can be connected to your PC through a USB 2.0 connection.

The LH-20AS and LH-20A1PU are "Super AllWrite" DVD writers, capable of reading, writing and re-writing any CD- and DVD disc format on the market, including DVD-RAM and Double-Layer +/- format discs. Both DVD writers also feature Smart-Write technology setting the optimal writing strategy.

The LH-20A1S will be available on the European market mid-February for a recommended end user price of €49 including VAT.

The LH-20A1P will be available on the European market end of February for a recommended end user price of €69 including VAT.
