"...ODIXION launches the first CD Photocopier in the world, the DigiMatic! The DigiMatic is a brand new concept which is about to revolutionize the «Office» environment: everybody can use it to photocopy their own CDs, that is to say to reproduce them (content and surface) in a simple, automatic and fully reliable way.

The ODIXION DigiMatic enables to any user to fully «photocopy» an unlimited number of all types of CDs in a fully automatic way (like a standard photocopier for the paper). The DigiMatic reproduces CD data contents (files, audio tracks, photos, games, video) but also the printing of the master CD, thanks to a revolutionary system of image acquiring and treatment.

The DigiMatic features a 50 CDs loader, duplicates 10 650 Mb CDs per hour and prints them with a 1440 dpi resolution quality. In addition to the possibility of reproducing CD content and top surface in large quantity, the «DigiMatic» will also feature advanced functions such as CD top surface scan for a continuous memorization, information or audio tracks storage in an embedded hard disk, realization of a compilation from many audio CDs, the using of an image file created on PC for copied CDs printing…

Beginning on 2001, the DigiMatic® performances will be improved in a very significant way : recording speed increase (15 650Mb CD per hour), improving of the printing quality (2880 dpi), DVD + RW CD formats supports… The DigiMatic will also feature the network option: everybody in the enterprise will access, from his PC, to the CD Photocopier. The first generation products will also be updated on demand to the manufacturer. The DigiMatic will be available beginning on November, at the end-user price of 6085€ ($5,358.87 USD)..." NULL
