Nero BackItUp 2014 Offers Online and Local Backup Options
Nero is launching BackItUp 2014, offering a new approach to backing up content from your PCs, Android tablets and smartphones to both local disks and a new personal online drive.
The software comes as a free backup starter package (manual backup suite plus 5 GB online drive) or a 1-year-subscription which includes an automatic backup software and an online drive with infinite disk space. The suite and online drive support Windows PCs, laptops and ultrabooks and all Android devices, with iOS or Windows Phone 8 apps coming soon.
The "Unlimited PRO" package includes:
- Automatic and scheduled local PC backup of your content to 4 local targets: USB drives, built-in hard disks, NAS and DVDs/Blu-rays.
- Complete Android backup: Photos, videos, music, contacts, call logs, messages and even system settings can be stored on SD cards, on PCs (via Wi-Fi) or your online drive.
- Infinite online drive: No matter if you want to store 50 GB, 500 GB, 50 TB or more - Nero will not cut off its users or limit their traffic.
- One Nero BackItUp online drive backs up 5 PCs and an unlimited amount of smartphones and tablets
