Plextor PX-124TS CD-Text Problem ?
Today we read a posting into our forum:
"..There is much talk on the newsgroups that this burner is unable to burn working cd-text discs due to the fact that it burns the pregap too quickly, and the text info is then unreadable by the majority of cd-text capable readers/players.
It will read back just fine on a cd-text capable burner, but try to play it in a car stereo or home stereo and it can't read the cd-text info. The author of feurio has admitted on the newsgroup that discs burned with his program more often than not will not read on commercial cd-text players..."
As we replied we tested Plextor PX-124TS with CDROM capable of reading CD-Text and worked ok. We will test CD-Text in Car-Stereo systems and report back results.. NULL
