Plextor is showing at Computex their latest SSD and PCI-express based NVME products, based on 14nm Toshiba NAND flash. On display is the latest M series SSDs, the M6E Black edition and also the new Plextor PCI-Express based M7e, which promises to offer 400 MB/sec and 1000 MB/sec on read and writes. Set fore release in late Q3, it will be available in a 256/512 GB and 1TB version.

In addition, the M6V SSD can manage 535/455 MB/sec on reads and writes and will be available in 128/256/512GB versions.

The M7E is a M.2. SSD that will become available in 256/512/1024GB versions and promises 1400 MB/sec and 1000 MB/sec on read and writes.
