No More Overclocking For Nvidia Series 900 Mobile GPUs

No More Overclocking For Nvidia Series 900 Mobile GPUs

GPUs Feb 12,2015 0

Nvidia's latest graphics drivers disable overclocking for the mobile Series 900. Until recently these parts could be overclocked, but that happened due to a bug introduced into Nvidia's previous drivers, according to the company.

Nvidia says that Geforce notebooks were not designed to support overclocking, and by doing a user risks serious damage to the system.

Overclocking on the GTX 900M series has been disabled with the recent driver updates.
