ASRock officially announced the launch of its latest gaming monitor, the PG27QFW2A, featuring a combination of 400Hz ultra-high refresh rate and a 2K QHD IPS panel. Designed to strike an optimal balance between speed and visual fidelity, it delivers a distinct experience beyond conventional gaming displays. In the high refresh rate segment, many monitors continue to rely on TN panels. By adopting Fast IPS technology, the PG27QFW2A maintains 400Hz fluidity while delivering accurate color reproduction and wide viewing angles, ensuring consistent and clear visuals even during fast-paced gameplay.

Color performance stands out as a key strength of the PG27QFW2A. With 99% DCI-P3 wide color gamut and VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 certification, it offers a broader spectrum of color and enhanced tonal detail. Positioned between cost and capability, it serves as an alternative to OLED displays—providing a compelling combination of refresh rate and color performance—while AMD FreeSync™ Premium technology further enhances smoothness and stability. From a design perspective, the rear cover incorporates a distinctive alien-inspired motif, reflecting the bold identity of the Phantom Gaming series. The monitor also features the exclusive PHANTOM GAMING Wi-Fi antenna integrated stand, capable of boosting signal strength up to 7dBi, improving wireless stability and minimizing latency fluctuations for a more reliable connection.

In terms of functionality, PHANTOM GAMING monitors come equipped with a range of gaming enhancements, including Dark Boost, Overdrive tuning, multiple preset modes, as well as practical tools such as aim point (crosshair overlay) and Refresh rate display, helping users maintain optimal performance across different gaming scenarios.
