The product according to the official specs, for the 1TB version costs around $90, which is a fair price for a high-speed portable SSD. For now, only the 1TB and 2TB versions are available for buying, we assume shortly the 4TB variation will also be available as well. The retail package is simple and small, indicating the product's internal dimensions.

At the back of the retail package, there are several specs listed, and the promised Read/Write speeds up to 4GB/sec, and 3.6GB/sec.

Opening the package is simple and inside you will find a printed manual (not needed anyway), a small USB 40G Type-C to Type-C cable, the P30 Portable SSD product, and a sticker with magnets in case your phone doesn't follow the MagSafe standard (non-Iphone users).

The device itself is made out of a black brushed aluminum plate and the front houses the addlink logo with the capacity indication (1TB). The device dimensions are 64 x 64 x12mm with 125gr of weight.

At the back, you will find the MagSafe magnet feature.

While at the bottom, you will find the Type-C connection port and a small LED.

Connecting the device to a host system, the device was recognized as ad1TBP30B4K and has an exFAT file format system with around 953GB of usable space.

The device, while external is recognized as an NVME device.

By default, the latest Windows 11 build is set with a Quick removal (default) policy. We did enable Better performance mode, however at least in our system, there aren't very significant performance issues anyway enabling it will for sure allow you to get the best possible performance gains.

Firing up the CrystalDiskInfo software allows us to see more specs, like the product firmware and transfer mode (PCIe 1.0x1)
