Razer announced the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz, the latest addition to the Huntsman V3 Pro lineup, and the most advanced analog optical keyboard in a 60% form factor[1]. Building on the Razer™ Analog Optical Switches Gen-2, Rapid Trigger, and adjustable actuation, the new 60% gaming keyboard adds true 8000 Hz HyperPolling and the full Advanced Input Control suite – Razer™ Snap Flex, Razer™ Snap Tap, Dynamic Keystroke and Dual-Keypress Priority, in a compact layout built for maximum mouse room and easy transport.

“The Huntsman V3 Pro Mini has always given players the performance they trust,” said Jeffrey Chau, Global Esports Director at Razer. “With the 8KHz model, we build on that with the full Advanced Input Control suite and true 8000 Hz HyperPolling, giving the world’s best the edge they need in the 60% form factor – because in esports, milliseconds decide who wins.”

Analog Optical. Absolute Precision.
At the heart of the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz is Razer’s Analog Optical Switches Gen-2, featuring Rapid Trigger for ultra-fast repeated inputs and a 0.1–4.0 mm adjustable actuation range for precision tuned to each player’s style, backed by a 100-million keystroke lifespan. Factory calibrated for industry-leading accuracy, the switches are approximately 2.5x more accurate than the closest competitor, achieving true 0.1 mm precision[2]. Each switch is individually lubricated and seated in a thick foam dampening layer, delivering an optimized keystroke feel with a smooth, muted typing acoustic that keeps players in their flow state.

Blistering Speed. Near-Zero Latency.
The Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz delivers true 8000 Hz HyperPolling for near-zero latency, a polling rate 8 times faster than the industry standard, achieving a mere 0.48 ms latency, 26% faster than the nearest competitor[3]. Rounding out its advanced input control, the keyboard features Razer™ Snap Flex, Razer™ Snap Tap, Dynamic Keystroke and Dual-Keypress Priority, giving players full command over every keystroke so they can react faster, execute cleaner, and stay in control in the heat of competition.

Built to Compete. Built to Last.
Designed for easy positioning and maximum space to maneuver a mouse, the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz’s compact 60% gaming keyboard design also travels easily to offline tournaments. Its 5052 aluminum alloy top case is finished with a smooth brushed metal texture for durability that resists warping, while textured doubleshot PBT keycaps offer a shine-resistant, fade-proof feel built to withstand intense competitive play. Dual-purpose modifier keys double up as 4-way arrow keys when tapped, giving players convenient navigation typically reserved for larger keyboard form factors. Players can tune actuation height and Rapid Trigger sensitivity on the fly from the number row, saving up to 6 custom profiles to onboard storage with no software required.

It also supports Synapse Web, giving players browser-based control, no software install required. This allows players to make on-the-fly adjustments and save settings to onboard profiles for consistent configs across PCs, LANs, and tournaments.

[1] Based on Razer’s internal research as of September 2026, among gaming keyboards in a 60% form factor that use analog optical switches and are commercially available from major gaming hardware brands.
[2] Based on Razer internal testing across 20 measurements per keyboard, all keyboards were tested at a 0.1 mm actuation point and an 8000 Hz polling rate, with measurements taken from the same key across all devices to ensure consistency.; averages rounded to the nearest whole. Under these conditions, the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz demonstrated approximately 2.5x better actuation-point precision than the competing keyboards tested.
[3] Latency and polling-rate comparisons are based on Razer internal testing conducted as of September 2026. All keyboards were set to 0.1 mm actuation and their maximum polling rate; the Huntsman V3 Pro Mini 8KHz recorded 0.48 ms average latency versus [0.65ms] for the nearest competing keyboard tested. True 8000 Hz HyperPolling is compared against the 1000 Hz industry-standard polling rate.
