ALCATEl ONETOUCH has on display at IFA the new 5-inch POP STAR and POP Up smartphones, the waterproof GO PLAY mobile and its companion GO WATCH. The new 5-inch POP STAR smartphone is the standout in the latest POP lineup. It allows consumers to choose the colors and psychedelic designs from the Funky Collection, a more classic look with the Leather Collection, glamour with the Fashion Collection or wood with the Nature-ECO Collection. The attention to design details continues with the curved design.

POP STAR is available in 3G+ or 4G connectivity and runs on a quad-core processor. It struts an 8 Mpxl rear camera with EIS and a 5 Mpxl front camera for selfies. The fully laminated HD IPS display offers 75% less light reflection for greater readability under sunlight and a 160-degree wide viewing angle.

The POP Up smarthone ha salso a fully laminated HD IPS display and packs an octa-core CPU coupled with 4G connectivity. The 13 Mpxl rear camera with quality sensor and f/2.0 aperture means sharp photos even at night.

POP UP has a metal frame with glass hard key and a back cover with a 3D spin effect. Plus it comes in five colors: Black, Riva Blue, Amber Orange, White and Strawberry Red.

ALCATEL ONETOUCH also introduced its brand new GO family - the GO PLAY and its companion GO WATCH.

GO PLAY is waterproof and it shoots pictures and videos underwater with its 8 Mpxl rear camera and 5 Mpxl front camera. The smartphone is also dustproof and shockproof.

GO PLAY comes in eight colors - dark grey, dark red, dark green, orange blue, pink, lime green, blue and orange. There are also waterproof headsets and protective case to match GO PLAY too.

The device offers 20 days of standby time, 8.3 hours of talk time and 55 hours music playback thanks to its 2500 mAh battery.

GO WATCH is a companion for GO PLAY's adventures. It is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof. It is Android and iOS compatible, notifies about SNS, SMS, emails, calls and weather. GO WATCH is 100% customizable with a changeable front casing and wristband.

By pressing the GO button you trigger an emotion pulse measurement. An emotional graphic will be created based on the input from the gyroscope, heart rate sensor and accelerometer. You can also select a theme that matches your mood to create your personalized emotion pulse. You can instantly share your emotion pulse on social networks or even set it as the wallpaper of your GO WATCH.

GO WATCH enables 2-5 days usage with its 2225mAh battery.

Xess Tablet

The new Xess tablet, also announced at IFA 2015, has an extra-large 17.3-inch screen yet boasts a stainless-steel body.

The slim, 9.15 mm form hides a built-in stand, stylus and slide-out carrying handle. The stand enables users freedom of choice in positioning Xess: flat for gaming and family fun; 30 degrees for drawing and sketching; 50 degrees for cooking and 75 degrees for watching videos. Accessories like the Smart Dock and wall mount allow even more viewing possibilities.

The built-in stylus is supported by the pre-embedded SketchBook app, which offers a variety of different brushes, colors and effects. Culinary artists will appreciate the hands-free gesture control, which eliminates the need for a touchpad, keyboard or mouse. Just wave to control the screen. With the Onetouch Mix app, amateur DJs can equalize, loop and insert effects to add a personal touch to their playlist. The tablet is also equipped with two 3-watt speakers powered with JBL by Harman technology.
