Today, Microsoft released a fresh new interface for the Outlook.com Calendar service that is faster, puts the focus on events, appointments and tasks and lets you take your Calendar with you on any device. Below is a screenshot of the new Calendar service.

A few of the updates to the Outlook.com Calendar include:

- Add or edit events with a single click
- Sleek new look and feel consistent with your inbox, address book and SkyDrive
- Ability to easily connect Calendar to your mobile device
- New sharing controls make it easier to share events with others and control who has the ability to edit and add events to your Calendar.
