LG drives current modifications

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Overclock the LG-8320B (32/12/40) to LG-8400B (40/12/40)

Steps:

1) Download firmware for the LG-8400B.
2) Unload the contents of the LG-8400B drive in HD (important).
3) Get any HEX Editor, open Je4.exe and replace all ANSI-strings "8400B", they should be altered to "8320B" in order to the flasher to allow the procedure to go through.
4) Save changes to the firmware flasher.
5) Reboot in DOS mode, and flash the drive according to the flasher instructions
6) Reboot
7) Enjoy your new LG-8400B CDR-W drive

You could go back to the drive's original state if you follow the same procedure for the firmware updater of LG-8320B...
