Circular announced its latest feature update: the Immunity Index. This cutting-edge feature, built directly into the Circular app, offers users a proactive way to monitor their immune resilience—before symptoms strike.

Designed to detect early signs of immune vulnerability, the Immunity Index analyzes a user’s key biometric signals daily, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate, Sleep Breathing Regularity, and Temperature Stability. By continuously scanning for subtle changes in these vital metrics, the Index delivers a simple, color-coded score on an intuitive 8-point scale—making it easier than ever to understand your body’s readiness to fight off illness.

How It Works:

8/8 – All Clear: Your vitals are in an optimal range—stay the course.
6/8 – Slightly Vulnerable: One metric is off—prioritize rest and hydration.
4/8 – Vulnerable: Fatigue or strain detected—it's time to slow down.
2/8 – Advanced Risk: Multiple warning signs—your immunity may be compromised.
0/8 – Major Risk: Immediate action is recommended to avoid illness.

Reinforcing the company’s commitment to intelligent, preventative health monitoring the Immunity Index will be live on July 30 for all current Circular Ring users (available by the latest app update) and will be available for those new customers of the Circular Ring 2 on set up.
