Google has made a Remote Desktop app for iOS devices available for download. The app is making it easy to access your desktop computer remotely from an iOS 7.0 or later device.

On the computer side, you should also install the "Chrome Remote Desktop app," available for Windows, Mac and Linux (beta).

Chrome Remote Desktop is easy to set up; once you've gone through the initial configuration, it's just a matter of protecting your devices with a PIN.

An Android version of the Chrome Remote Desktop has been also available since April 2014.
