- RF/Gamma is also called as "Rtop" and shows the reflectivity from Itop. This is a measurement probably more useful for the LiteOn engineers since they can see how the reflectivity responds to the laser power.

- BETA

Beta is an alternative asymmetry measurement. It is more applicable to recorded CD-R discs as CD recorders continuously monitor this parameter to optimise write power while recording. Generally, a low value of Beta means that the disc is recorded close to its optimum power. High values of Beta indicate poor recording. The result should be less than 20%.
