SkipDoctor, the World's First CD & DVD Scratch Repair Device

SkipDoctor, the World's First CD & DVD Scratch Repair Device

General Interest Oct 24,1999 0

"..Digital Innovations is proud to announce SkipDoctor, the world's first CD & DVD scratch repair device. Now you too can own or give the product that's already saving thousands of dollars in damaged audio CDs, game discs and DVDs everyday in music, video game and movie rental stores across the country. SkipDoctor, which resulted from the combined talents of a former NASA scientist and an experienced consumer products engineer, is scientifically proven to remove or repair abrasions, light to medium scratches, dust, fingerprints and other surface imperfections -- the primary disc related causes of playback problems. The product also has a "reversibility"' feature that allows it to repair deeper or more stubborn scratches that may occur from time to time.

To repair a disc, simply insert it into SkipDoctor, spray it with the provided environmentally friendly resurfacing fluid, and turn the handle until the disc makes one complete revolution. Flip the conveniently located reversibility switch to reverse the disc rotation direction and turn the handle until the disc makes another complete revolution in the opposite direction. Remove the disc and dry it thoroughly with the provided drying cloth, then use the provided felt buffing square to restore the disc to its original shiny appearance. The disc is once again problem-free!

Like its sister products, GameDoctor, DVDDoctor and DataDoctor, SkipDoctor repairs all CD/DVD-style discs, including music CDs, DVDs and PlayStation and other game discs. SkipDoctor comes with a vinyl pouch for easy storage of the accessory items. It also comes with Digital Innovations' lifetime warranty. If for any reason SkipDoctor fails to perform to specifications, the consumer can simply return it directly to Digital Innovations for free repair or replacement. This guarantee applies to the SkipDoctor unit itself and does not apply to resurfacing wheels or other accessories.

SkipDoctor has a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $34.99.." NULL
