"...ECI has been selected to participate in the upcoming International Techno Business Forum in Japan this February, presented by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). ECI is among four midwestern technology companies, chosen by JETRO, to attend. The International Techno Business Forum, taking place in Fukuoka and Tokyo, Japan, will occur on February 1 – 2 and February 5-6 respectively.

Attending the forum presents ECI with an excellent opportunity to form Japanese alliances and showcase the technology they’ve developed. ECI’s most significant innovation, The Engine, is a tool that can be added to software products to allow data to be written to CD. When The Engine is added to a software application, the users are able to save the data they have created directly to CD with a single mouse-click. The Engine requires no other software or effort, making it quick, convenient, and seamless for users. This revolutionary product, developed by ECI, has been a significant contribution within the rapidly growing CD market.

The Engine has been successfully incorporated into several software products within the United States. The International Techno Business Forum will increase the exposure of ECI and The Engine in Japan. As the world’s second largest market for information technology and software applications, the country represents an opportunity to expand the potential market for The Engine. The forum allows ECI the chance to build relationships with Japanese companies that are vital to successfully competing in the market..." NULL
