Transcend Launches a Full Range of DDR5-7200 Embedded DRAM Modules

Transcend Launches a Full Range of DDR5-7200 Embedded DRAM Modules

Enterprise & IT Aug 20,2026 0

Transcend Technology has introduced a comprehensive lineup of DDR5-7200 embedded DRAM modules designed to meet the growing performance and data-processing demands of next-generation computing platforms. The portfolio includes CUDIMM, CSODIMM, ECC CUDIMM, ECC CSODIMM, and RDIMM modules, supporting a wide range of applications—from AI PCs, desktop computers, and industrial embedded systems to workstations, servers, and data centers. With transfer speeds of up to 7200 MT/s, the modules significantly enhance memory bandwidth, data-processing efficiency, and multitasking performance while maintaining low power consumption, stable operation, and high system reliability. This enables customers to accelerate the deployment of AI computing, edge computing, and other data-intensive applications.

7200 MT/s High-Speed Data Transfer for Next-Generation Computing
Transcend’s DDR5-7200 modules accelerate large-scale data access and multitasking, making them ideal for applications such as AI inference, industrial automation, smart healthcare, in-vehicle systems, and high-performance computing. Featuring a dual-channel architecture, an integrated power management IC (PMIC), a low operating voltage of 1.1V, and on-die ECC, the DDR5 DIMM modules enhance data access efficiency while optimizing power management and ensuring stable data transmission.

CKD Ensures Stable High-Speed Signals, While ECC Reduces the Risk of Data Errors
Transcend’s DDR5-7200 CUDIMM and CSODIMM modules feature an integrated Client Clock Driver (CKD) that strengthens clock signals during high-speed operation, reduces jitter and noise, and ensures reliable data transmission. CUDIMM modules adopt a standard-size form factor suitable for desktop computers, workstations, and industrial PCs, while CSODIMM modules feature a compact SO-DIMM profile optimized for AI laptops, Mini PCs, and embedded systems. For applications requiring enhanced data integrity, ECC CUDIMM and ECC CSODIMM modules also support system-level error detection and correction, helping reduce the risk of system instability and data corruption in industrial equipment, medical systems, edge AI platforms, and other mission-critical environments.

RDIMM Supports High-Capacity Configurations for Server Workloads
Designed for servers, data centers, and high-performance computing platforms, Transcend’s DDR5-7200 RDIMM modules use registers to process command, address, and control signals, reducing the load on the memory controller while maintaining excellent signal integrity in multi-module and high-capacity configurations. The modules also support system-level ECC for real-time detection and correction of data errors, making them ideal for AI servers, cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise applications that demand powerful computing performance, flexible scalability, and robust data protection.

Industrial-Grade Quality Ensures Stable Long-Term Operation
These DDR5-7200 modules use high-quality, original-brand ICs and undergo rigorous environmental, compatibility, and reliability testing. Supporting an extended temperature range of -20°C to 85°C, they ensure stable long-term operation in demanding environments. The ECC and RDIMM series also feature 30µ” gold fingers and anti-sulfur technology for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. This reduces the impact of sulfur-containing gases and harsh environments, ensuring long-term operational stability for industrial equipment.
Transcend’s DDR5-7200 embedded DRAM modules are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Through stringent quality control and comprehensive customer service, Transcend is committed to meeting the requirements of a wide range of industrial applications.
