Tagan has added a new case to its A-plus product line called the El Diablo. The El Diablo two large fans, one 360mm on the side and one 250mm fan on the front. Each fan has separate VR fan speed controls, that will give you full control for optimal performance. With its tool-less design and great cooling it will make for a perfect case for the extreme gamer.

There used to be a time where 600W power supplies were considered overkill for all but the craziest of enthusiasts, modders, and overclockers. When the 850W PC Power & Cooling unit was released a long time ago, owners regarded it as a rare gem. It was both unaffordable and overly extravagant, and virtually no system was able to stress it to the limit. But now, we are finally in the kilowatt era. Today we have two members from the kilowatt club: the Tagan ITZ 1300W and the Thermaltake ToughPower 1200W. The ITZ line Tagan's newest flagship line of power supplies meant to carry Tagan into the industry spotlight. The last Tagan power supply we reviewed was the Tagan TurboJet 1100W. Its unusual packaging and high quality finish impressed us. However, while the performance was by no means lacking, we would have a hard time claiming it to be outstanding. We shall see if this unit steps up to the challenge. Aside from the 1500W behemoth that was recently released by Thermaltake, the ToughPower 1200W is their highest-end power supply. Thermaltake power supplies have always performed well. They have never been known to be the ultimate power supplies, but their performance has been better than many brands on the market. This unit is longer than the average power supply and features a huge 14cm fan.

Everyone acquainted with high-end power supplies has probably heard of the Tagan brand. Trying to build on that reputation with an expanded product line, Tagan has submitted for review their take on high-end computer cases. The Tagan CS-Monolith Mid Tower ATX Case. There has been a growing industry trend toward exotic cooling schemes. Manufacturers capitalizing on this are willing to go to any extreme to stand out in the crowd. No matter how extreme the case...as enthusiasts we benefit directly from this. Allowing for more overclocking headroom, and more powerful machines.

Today Benchmarks Reviews takes a look at one of the newest additions to the Tagan Aplus case product line, the CS-EL Diablo BM Mid Tower ATX Case. Computer cases are no longer just a box to install your parts. Some of today?s higher end cases may cost more than a complete entry level computer. They have come to play a crucial role in the cooling of today?s high end CPU's and GPU's. And it is not just the how well the case cools, or how many drives it holds, but what it looks like that has become important. To a computer enthusiast the first impression a case makes is no trivial matter. Your case makes a statement about what type of computer user you are, from the small form factor, to the plane Jane vanilla beige cases, all the way up to the brushed aluminum water cooled cases.

Back in June we took a look at the GuardianX Silver Power 1000W power supply from Tagan and it received good scores. Now Tagan has a new 1300W power supply from the ITZ series. It has an 80% efficiency, is quad CPU and video card ready, and has an auto turbo mode to combine all six +12V rails into one. Also the ITZ is covered in a titanium blue mirror-finish casing. Let's see how it stacks up to the other 1000W plus power supplies we have tested.

Let me clarify by saying that this case is huge. I want to get that out of the way. One of my favorite designs for cases is the matte finish for that modern look. The front has a smooth finish mixed with the matte to break up the monotony. With plenty of holes drilled out, they made sure there was somewhere for everything to vent, even above the PSU.

It's been quite a while since we last took a look at a power supply. Power supplies are interesting products -- because often, reviews of products in this category are conducted and tested in methods that make it difficult to distinguish one power supply from another. Many aspects have to be taken into consideration -- of which certain criteria consists of efficiency, noise, power ripple, and of course the ability to pull out the rated specifications. Because many cannot afford such equipment to obtain results regarding those aspects, articles covering power supplies often come out with less than adequate information. We cannot say that we haven't once fallen into a similar trap, although we still stand by our recommendations -- because the products we've recommend were tested with professional equipment which already clearly demonstrated to us that they are indeed excellent products! However, we will go for a different approach as we report on the Tagan ITZ 700W power supply today -- let's have a close examination on the hardware aspects of it, and let other review sites with professional equipment show you the results. After all, the internet is the place for researching your hardware components!

PC cases are all basically the same. They are the same shape, they have the same inside design, and most features are the same. The things that set them apart are color and outside design. The Tagan Black Pearl not only sets it self apart in outside design, but inside it is something that I have never seen before. It has to be one of the most unique cases I have seen. So let's take a look...

It seems that with each new advancement in hardware, the power requirements increase twice as fast... that power has to come from somewhere. Tagan sent us up the Silver Power 1000W to evaluate so thats what we did.

Tagan PSUs are not necessarily the most revered in the world of hardware enthusiasm but their flashy looks and LED fans have always drawn a crowd. Today I have with me the Silver Power 600w from them which promises excellent performance with good looks to boot. I wonder how it will do.

1000W or higher power supplies are all over now. We have 4 power supplies in to review and they are all over 1000W so everyone is making them. With the new SLI setups and quad core processors there is becoming a need for higher wattage power supplies. Today we will be taking a look at the GuardianX Silver Power 1000W power supply from Tagan. We will see if it can compete with the Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W power supply we recently reviewed.

Tagan might not be a name you are familiar with when you think of high-end power supplies, but if the SP-1000E that we reviewed is any indication of their products we are bound to hear and read a great deal more about them in the future. The SP-1000E comes with an Internal Test Report, which is a look at how the power supply tested just prior to being boxed. So come on along as we check out this SLI approved power supply!

The chassis market is full of common names, but it's not often a new player comes along that really impresses. Tagan is one of those rare companies who delivers a full-size case that is well worth your consideration.
