Toshiba Announces Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD

Toshiba today introduced the Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD, a product that offers an easy way to store, stream, and share files and media from mobile devices without attaching a single cable.

Toshiba's new portable Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD uses solid state drive technology, it slips right into a pocket and is light, weighing in at a mere 4.2 ounces. It offers 128 GB of storage space and it is backed by Toshiba's one-year limited warranty.

This product also features a built-in rechargeable battery with up to 8 hours of battery life for video streaming for extended times away from a power source. With the built-in SD card slot, you'll be able to offload photos and free up SD card space easily. Finally, an internet pass-through mode means browsing the web and accessing the Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD can be done simultaneously.

Beginning today, the Canvio AeroMobile Wireless SSD is available for purchase at select retailers and on toshiba.com/us/storage for $209.99 MSRP for the 128 GB model.
