Matsushita/Panasonic announces new combo recorder


Matsushita/Panasonic Japan announed a new combo CDR-W/DVD drive with the codename: "LK-RC8571TZ" (ATAPI Internal). The drive supports 8x writing, 8x re-writing, 32x reading (CD) and 8x reading (DVD). It is equipement with 2MB of Buffer and as for it's access time are very nice: DVD:125ms,CD:95ms. The drive starts selling in Japan from 10th of July. Last the drive comes with WinCDR/PacketMan as the main CDR/Packet writing software and with PowerDVD VRX as the main DVD playback player.
