Razer Releases Headset for World of Tanks, Neon Kraken Headphones And a PC Case Design Licensing Program

Razer today announced a World of Tanks Razer Kraken Pro headset, the Neon Kraken series headsets & headphones and a licensing program that provides for third-party production and sale of Razer-designed and -branded PC cases.

The World of Tanks Razer Kraken Pro will feature 40 mm drivers. Gamers can further personalize their listening experience with Razer's gaming software, including Razer Surround Pro. The audio engine upgrades any stereo headphones to personalized virtual 7.1 surround sound. Razer says all downloads before June 30 will be automatically upgraded to Razer Surround Pro for free. In addition, the first 20,000 units of the World of Tanks Razer Kraken Pro include bonus codes redeemable for 1,500 in-game gold and seven days of premium service for World of Tanks accounts.

Razer also unveils the Razer Kraken Neon Series, a special edition of the brand's Kraken gaming headsets and headphones, available in six fluorescent colors.

Like its forerunners, including classic green and black Razer Kraken and Kraken Pros, Razer Kraken E-Panda Hooligan headphones and the Razer Kraken Forged Edition headphones, the Kraken Neon Series is outfitted with powerful drivers for deep bass tones.

A Pro version of the Razer Kraken Neon Series will feature a fully retractable microphone built into the headset for connectivity to smart phones, tablets and other voice-enabled devices.

The Razer Kraken Pro Neon Gaming headset and headphones are available now for $89.99 and $69.99, respectively.

Staying with Raze, the company announced a licensing program that provides for third-party production and sale of Razer-designed and -branded PC cases.

PC cases maker NZXT was selected as a launch partner for the "Designed by Razer" licensing program. Next month, NZXT will kick-off this new Razer initiative with the "H440 - Designed by Razer." Under the terms of its agreement with Razer, NZXT will manufacture and distribute the H440 - Designed by Razer case through its retail channels.

The NZXT H440 - Designed by Razer features signature Razer green USB ports and green lighting that illuminates the rear ports.
