Nero 2014 Coming Packed With New Features to Share Content Across Devices

Nero 2014 Coming Packed With New Features to Share Content Across Devices

Optical Storage Sep 6,2013 0

Nero's latest release of the popular Nero suite enables users to move their videos, music and photos between PCs, tablets, smartphones and the cloud - with no loss of quality or any annoying compatibility problems. The latest media suite gives users a new, one-click conversion facility making it simple enough for novices while still providing a wealth of options for advanced users, helping them to capture, convert, enhance and stream all types of media.

"Like the new generation of cars with dashboard options that are easy to use at a glance, Nero 2014 has cutting edge technology under the hood,"" said Jurgen Kurz, CEO at Nero. "Its intuitive new features are based on our unique, patented transcoding and streaming technology that underpins the whole conversion process. People don't just want to shoot or watch a video - they're impatient to share it with friends, publish it on their blogs, and maybe enhance it with some special effects. Nero 2014 makes that possible - quickly and easily. We're expecting strong demand for this new version of our media suite, and that's why we're encouraging new customers to buy Nero 12 today and be first in line for a free upgrade to Nero 2014 as soon as it comes out."

Nero 2014 includes the applications Nero Video 2014, Nero Recode 2014, Nero Burning ROM 2014 and Nero MediaHome 2014. Here is just a quick snapshot of some of the best bits:

- Video conversion and optimization: the new Nero Disc to Device feature is a one-click conversion facility, letting users share content across both mobile devices and the cloud. For example, they can play their Blu-Ray, AVCHD, DVD or audio discs and send their content automatically to their mobile devices or cloud folders

- Video editing and authoring is now even easier. Nero 2014 includes creative features like tilt-shift effects for great results with just a few clicks

- Nero MediaHome has been redesigned to let users see all their media files, whether they were created with Nero or a third-party tool. It also includes the Nero MediaHome Play to TV and Nero MediaHome Slideshow to TV functions for one-click streaming of files, playlists, and slideshows with themes and music to the user?s streaming-enabled TV or media player.

Nero 2014 will be released on September 18, 2013. Users who buy Nero 12 starting September 9, 2013 in retail stores or on www.nero.com will benefit from a free upgrade to Nero 2014 as soon as it is released.
