Asustek launches new external Super Multi DVD burner


Asustek Computer on December 21 announced the launch of its DRW-1608P2S-D, a new external Super Multi DVD burner.

It will be available immediately on the Taiwan market for NT$3,600 (US$108).

The DRW-1608P2S-D features FlextralLink technology to prevent buffer underrun errors, and FlextraSpeed technology which allows intelligent adjustment in burning speeds, according to Asustek.
