Yep, stayed up all night just to check it out. And I'm somewhat shocked to say it really was true....though I still don't think it warrented the massive cross posting [xx(]

I've got no complaints though

Tron told me he took the link out - and as I emailed back, I hope it was AFTER close of offer.

You know, I was almost ready to dismiss it as a hoax - and thought it WAS, until I hit refresh on the page.

What an offer, what generosity, will be be getting upgrade spam for V6 for ever more? - mind you, if they make a discounted upgrade offer on V6, and include the V5 freebie owners, it won't be all bad.

WinOnCD seems to be more highly regarded than ECDC - but since ROXIO took it over, they really haven't made enough of it, favouring THEIR baby instead.

I probably would have left it alone, but they spamed the forum with 10 identical posts. So I thought that was overboard and removed all the links..... I left one up until after the free download though...
