As it seems some people never learn from their mistakes and keep the same attributes. The below post was mentioned in a "friendly" website, commenting our exclusive EasyWrite tests:
"...While I respect cdrinfo for trying something new, I really feel tests like this should be left to certified testing facilities. While there might be some issues with the CRW-F1 before its EasyWrite certified, I had no problems getting the drive to work with InCD..."
Who said we are not certified testing labs for EasyWrite tests?

Maybe the author of the above test, should check again his sources...Also the main idea ,and the most important, of Mt. Rainier format, is the proper handling of defect media, to ensure reliable re-writing. For now, only the EasyWrite test suite + defect test media can test this important feature. InCD may work just fine, has he tried with a scratched media? Probably not. Maybe the author of the above text should read more carefully our EasyWrite article to understand the main propose of Mt. Rainier format..
Lastly, we understand that our efforts to bring new tests are hard to accepted from some parties, and we promise not to let them down. Just check the upcoming Plextor PX-W208U review. More tests are coming
