Use ulead to make a new dvd-video
Add only one video file, a small one, without menus and links and build the dvd
Let us know the results

ive used TMPGEnc dvd source creator from this website and used it to convert to dvd compliant mpegs...then added them to Ulead so it didnt have to convert movies and it works just fine except TMPGEnc take ALOT longer
