The AK862 from Akasa is an all aluminium heatsink which costs around £10 ($15-20). It comes with speed controller, an Akasa Amber 92mm fan and good quality thermal compound preinstalled. Installation was as simple as is possible and the cooling results were quite amazing especialy when you think of the price. In its price range it is hard to beat...
