Of all the RAM kits we have reviewed thus far in our High-Speed DDR3 Overclocking and Review Series, practically every set has been aimed towards performance enthusiasts and overclockers. But Benchmark Reviews isn't going to ignore our roots within the system builder and reseller community. SimpleTech offers OEM system builders and GSA suppliers with a solid PC3-10600 DDR3 1333MHz S1024R5NP2QA RAM kit for the Intel P35/X38/P45/X48 chipsets.

An image from a high end digital camera can exceed five megabytes. Recorded TV and (legally) stored movies approach 10 gigabytes. Transporting files via email is often not an option because of size or sensitivity of material. Server uploading and downloading is an option, but can be slow - especially if you are wireless. Burning to DVD or CD can work - or it can lead to the "DVD as Still Life" syndrome - where an office is salt-and-peppered with hundreds of unlabeled DVD's and CD's. You need a large, portable, rewritable, rugged option.

Have you ever noticed how boring the external hard drive market is compared to some of the finer computer cases on the market? With perhaps one or two exceptions, everything currently on shelves is either squared off, constructed of dull matte plastic, or glows so freakishly bright it may as well substitute for a lighthouse. Today, we bring you an in-depth review of another exception to this travesty, the SimpleTech SimpleDrive External Hard Drive. While the name may fall flat, read on to see just how this Ferrari-inspired designer hard drive soars.

Whether you own a small business or just someone who likes to archive everything, the SimpleShare NAS gives you a large amount of space with very little hassle. You can have a basic configuration, that works at an optimal performance, up and running in less than 5 minutes. Additional configuration for RAID and such can take the performance to the next level. While some of small changes would improve the overall performance, the largest concern for SimpleTech would be to reduce the overall price so every home owner and enthusiast could drop the greenbacks to pick one up...

This SimpleTech Nitro PC4000 has performed above my expectations, and has really proved to be great RAM. Hitting speeds well above spec straight out of the box, and rock solid at 500MHz DDR. With good looks added in, this is performance Ram that won't disappoint on any level. All in all an excellent set of ram capable of hitting 265mhz with no tweaking.

The STI-U2F36/160 is a fine choice for beginner user or enthusiast. The StorageSync Backup Software works well and has many options the high price backup software includes also.
