The Porsche 911 Turbo wheel is an exact replica of the real wheel and comes with hand stitched leather and wireless technology for unrestricted racing fun. The pedals and choice of gear box round up the exclusive package. The gearbox is available as either 6+1 speed H-pattern gear stick or a sequential version.

Today we are checking out one of the coolest racing wheels for PC and PS3 that you can get your hands on, the Fanatec Porsche 911 Wheel. This wheel looks just like it was ripped from the interior of a 911 turbo and put on your desk. Setting the Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo Wheel up is easy. The shifter can connect to either side of the wheel and slides onto two metal bars. The H-pattern shifter isn't as slick feeling as the shifter on the Logitech G25, but the Fanatec shifter is usable and fun to play with. Paddle shifters are mounted behind the racing wheel as well.

The Fanatec Headshot Controller is a mouse and mousepad combination from German manufacturer Fanatec. Usually such a combo is a low quality product, but not in this case. We were surprised by the excellent build quality which is on par, if not better, with big names like Logitech and Microsoft. Also the mousepad has an incredibly smooth surface with almost no friction.

If you're looking for a mouse+mousepad combination, the Fanatec Head$hot is an excellent combination with some caveats, offering the accuracy of the latest high-end mice from Logitech and a built-in mousepad with three USB ports that you can add other devices to. Where the Head$hot falls short is the relatively high cost of the combination and the short cord for the mouse if you want to use it in a system.
