Long gone are the days of skimping on a mouse pad. For the casual user a mouse pad is nothing more than a medium between the mouse and the desktop. For a gamer however, a mouse pad could be the difference between life or death! This life or death scenario is virtual, of course, but stings just the same. EVO-G claims their MP1 is "spectacular," a claim we plan to put to task. But who is EVO-G?

With so many different types of PC related products available, it's not surprising that many manufacturers go a little unnoticed in certain circles. That's why being a reviewer is interesting, as we get the latest and greatest from the big boys, and we also get to check out products from companies we've never heard of before. EvoG fall into this category for me, and they've been kind enough to send over their new MP1 mouse mat. It's a cloth based pad with a plastic surface that should provide speedy gameplay; hopefully without a cost to accuracy. Let's find out.

Corded mouse users from all over have at one point in time had to have cursed their corded mouse because the cord was caught on something. Well the Evo-G Mouse Bungee is designed to prevent any unwanted mouse movements that are caused by the longer cords.
