As stated previously, I said I would post information as to replacement of this media from Memorex. They had sent me an email a while back and said I would receive the media within 3 weeks. Well, since 3 weeks came and went, I sent another email this morning, also attaching THEIR email. Within minutes I received an Email with a telephone number to call.
I called the number, I was informed that they had NEVER sent me an email and that I had never asked for my media to be replaced. LOL

so I asked while I was talking with her if I could FORWARD their email to her. This surprised her. And she stated, "no this will not be necessary, I found your claim" That's amazing isn't it?
So here we are again, I'm still waiting on this media to be replaced. I will keep all informed. From my "personal" experience, Memorex is not performing up to par on customer service. You may want to ask if you should purchase their media or not.
