In short, you may remove the InCD entry from your registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
(export this key first in case you want to retrieve it later).
When needed, run InCD.exe from C:\Program Files\Ahead\InCD; later you may kill InCD.exe via Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del).
This procedure is not recommended in general, since it doesn't prevent various InCD-associated services from running, and without getting the InCD mounted message one must guess how long to wait before accessing a disc after inserting it in the burner; see

In Registry Editor (Start | Run | regedit), click on suitable + signs in the left pane to expand branches until you find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and click on "Run" to see what startup programs are listed in the right pane. For safety, you may export this key to a .reg file (click File | Export...). You may either delete the InCD entry in the right pane, or edit it (highlight "InCD", then select Edit | Modify) to insert a leading semicolon (;), so that it becomes ";C:\Program Files\Ahead\InCD\InCD.exe".
