I think yes, with a utility called LTNflash or something like that.

Possible? Yes. Safe? Yes. Easy? Yes. EEPROM? No need to touch it. You can still back it up with EEPROM Utility if you're paranoid. (http://codeguys.rpc1.org/).

No reason whatsoever to even touch LtnFlash.
