Every time I try to burn Sony ARccOS Protected dvd’s that are backed up on a hard drive and then play them on a home dvd player they are messed up. When you hit play the burned dvd starts off with a black screen and skips all the way to the end of the dvd. I can still watch the movie by skipping back to the second title or frame, but if I go to the first title or frame it messes up all over again.

Has anyone experienced this & how can it be fixed?

This is the "Running Man" protection in your "Unreferenced Material"

To fix this problem, before the burn, go to "Unreferenced Material" and find the running man in green shorts, right click it and change it to a "Still Image", now burn and you will be successful.

Are you referring to my first post or my second post & what program are you using to fix this problem?

I'm referring to copying this film with DVD Decrypter, as it has the running man protection scheme on it. If you just copy the main title, there is no worry, however if you copy all the menus and extras, you will need to do as I explained above with DVD Decrypter at least.

I used DVD Decrypter 3.5.2.0 and just copied the movie, not the extras. The movie still starts off with a black screen and skips all the way to the end of the dvd. I can still watch the movie by skipping back to the second title or frame, but if I go to the first title or frame it messes up all over again. Where do I find the running man protection scheme on DVD Decrypter?

Sorry still new at this, but picking up fast. I was doing well until this problem.

Sorry for the confusion, but I am still learning.

To fix this problem, before the burn, go to "Unreferenced Material" and find the running man in green shorts, right click it and change it to a "Still Image", now burn and you will be successful.

How do I find the "Unreferenced Material"?

I used VobBlanker and it fixed both of my problems with RE2, Lbb, TG, & AW.
