warning: my english is not so good

i need a protection that can protect just one file on CD
The point of this is to prevent copying that file to HDD in explorer
can it be done and how

i saw this kind of protection on NOVALOGIC`s game called DELTA FORCE or F22 LIGHTNING 3 some files had huge fileSize aprox. 1gig or higher
i desperatly need this protection, so help me i you can
